Xiaomi has introduced its newest product in the Mijia lineup: the Foldable Food Warming Board. This clever kitchen tool is currently available for crowdfunding, which will end on October 16 at 10:00 AM.
Pricing and Availability
For the crowdfunding phase, the board can be purchased for a discounted price of 349 yuan ($49) through the Xiaomi Youpin Store. After this campaign, the regular retail price will be 449 yuan ($64). Shipping is anticipated to start on October 23.
Specifications of the Product
This appliance enhances food warming with its high-density graphene heating film, which provides even heat distribution. It can quickly warm food in three dimensions, reaching temperatures of up to 100°C in just four minutes, and it heats within the first 10 seconds.
In addition to fast and uniform heating, the Mijia Foldable Food Warming Board ensures long-lasting temperature stability. It features aerogel insulation technology in its base, which effectively stops heat from transferring to the tabletop, keeping the surface cool and safe during use.
Versatile Temperature Control
The board is equipped with three-zone independent temperature control, allowing for different heat levels across its three panels, making it suitable for various types of food and drinks. It has five unique temperature settings tailored for specific uses: 40°C for dough fermentation, 60°C for warming wine, 80°C for milk, 100°C for general food warming, and 130°C for soups.
This device opens doors to new possibilities, from fermenting dough and thawing meat to drying fruit slices, low-temperature brewing, and warming skincare products. Each setting is easily managed with a simple touch, and the child lock feature ensures safety by blocking accidental changes.

The board is built with safety as a priority, incorporating a 2 cm anti-scald edge to lessen burn risks and a food-safe glass surface that's easy to clean and safe for direct food contact. It also includes 12 anti-slip silicone pads that provide stability to prevent any spills.
Moreover, the Mijia Foldable Food Warming Board showcases a three-fold design that allows for easy storage, standing upright when folded to save space. It also features a detachable plug.
