Xiaomi has introduced the new Mijia Multi-Functional Electric Steamer N1, a small but flexible device that can meet various cooking requirements such as steaming, boiling, stewing, and preparing hot pot. It is priced at 199 Yuan ($28) and can be pre-ordered on JD.com, with sales set to commence at 8 PM (CST) on November 10.

This electric steamer features a notable 13L capacity, divided into two main parts: a 3L pot for boiling and a 10L steamer. This three-layer design allows users to prepare several dishes at once, making it suitable for family meals or small gatherings.

Xiaomi has integrated a robust 1500W heating element into this steamer, ensuring quick boiling times—specifically, it can heat 2L of water to a boil in less than 10 minutes. For user convenience, it comes with five adjustable heat settings and precise temperature control, managed by NTC sensors that maintain the appropriate temperature for different types of food.

The Mijia steamer is quite versatile, offering eight preset menu options tailored for specific foods, such as noodles, grains, seafood, meat, fish, eggs, and more.
