Xiaomi has introduced the new Xiaomi 14 Civi smartphone in India today. Additionally, the company has launched a kitchen gadget, the Xiaomi Air Fryer 6L. This marks their second air purifier, succeeding the previous model from 2022. Let's delve into the features of this new appliance.

The Xiaomi Air Fryer 6L boasts a sleek, premium design. It includes a large touch control panel with an LED display, a heat-resistant handle, rear cooling vents, and non-slip rubber feet. Its removable drip tray is ideal for multi-purpose frying, aiding in oil drainage and capacity adjustment. The appliance also features a dual-layer non-stick coating, making it easier to clean.
With a 1500W power capacity, the Xiaomi Air Fryer 6L ensures quick heating. It is outfitted with a 9-blade fan and 360-degree hot air circulation for even cooking. The appliance offers precise heat control ranging from 40 to 200 degrees Celsius, suitable for low-temperature defrosting to high-temperature baking. Additionally, there are six preset quick recipes.
Cooking Capacity and Features
True to its name, the air fryer has a 6-liter cooking capacity. The height-adjustable tray allows easy conversion from 6L to 3L. Users can prepare a variety of dishes, including an 8-inch pizza and more. The Xiaomi Air Fryer 6L is compatible with utensils made of glass, stainless steel, ceramic, and aluminium. A built-in microswitch pauses cooking when the basket is removed and resumes the program once it is replaced.
