Vivo is reportedly working on a new smartphone that will follow the S19 Pro, which is also known as the V40 Pro and is available on Amazon in India.
Regulatory Approval
The new S-series flagship is believed to have appeared in the 3C regulatory database under the model number V2430A before its official announcement. If this is accurate, it indicates that the phone has been approved to utilize the same power adapters that were used for testing the X200 Pro models (V9082LOA1-CN and V9082LOE1-CN).
Charging and Features
As a result, it seems that the S20 Pro might feature 90W charging capabilities. While this might not be the absolute fastest charging available, it remains a strong contender in Vivo's lineup. Additionally, it may include a larger battery, a 50MP periscope zoom camera with 3X optical zoom, and a 1.5K display. However, it's noteworthy that this device is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9300+ chipset instead of the newer X200 series 9400 silicon.
Design Expectations
The well-known leaker, Digital Chat Station, has suggested that the S20 Pro could distinguish itself by being slimmer compared to the latest Vivo flagship models. This might lead to disappointment for some S-series enthusiasts who were hoping for a transition to a flat-edged design.
Digital Chat Station shared this information through Weibo.
