The interim relief aims to restore the affected former employees’ payroll and work visas after a complete trial. Sadly, three Canadian developers affected by this situation are not included due to regional differences.

Protests and Allegations

The employees lost their jobs last year, leading to protests outside Rockstar’s offices in both the UK and Canada. The IWGB has intervened, stating that Rockstar is breaching labor laws by suspending union workers who were simply advocating for unionization. The union released a statement emphasizing:
