TCL has introduced its latest T7K Mini LED TV series, offering a variety of features aimed at providing an enhanced viewing experience. These televisions are available in sizes ranging from 55 inches to an impressive 98 inches, suitable for use in home theaters as well as living rooms.
Pricing and Availability
Following our previous report where the 65-inch model was initially available for pre-sale in China, all models are now open for pre-sale. The pricing details are as follows: the 55-inch TV is priced at 3299 Yuan ($464), the 75-inch at 5999 Yuan ($844), the 85-inch at 7999 Yuan ($1,126), and the largest model, the 98-inch TV, is priced at 13999 Yuan ($1,971).
Specifications
In terms of specifications, the T7K series features a True XDR Mini LED display with a remarkable peak brightness of 1600 nits. The largest model includes over 960 dimming zones, ensuring outstanding contrast and HDR performance. This results in deeper blacks, brighter whites, and enhanced detail clarity.
TCL's Quantum Dot Pro 2024 technology guarantees a wide color gamut of 98% DCI-P3, showcasing over 10 billion colors with exceptional precision. Moreover, the T7K model boasts a color accuracy rating of ΔE<0.99, ensuring accurate color reproduction akin to professional standards.
The T7K TVs are equipped with TCL's self-developed optical imaging micro-lens technology, promising improvements in emission angle, heat dissipation, and brightness uniformity. They also utilize anti-yellowing optical material and a precision carving process at the micron level to further enhance picture quality.
Advanced Features
The T7K series introduces 16-bit environmental brightness and color temperature perception, allowing precise control over 65,000 levels of regional backlight. This results in a clearer, more realistic display with minimal halo effects. These TVs also offer a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees.
Powered by the Loyo Chip M2 picture quality enhancement chip, the T7K series, in combination with TCL's TXR Mini LED technology, delivers various picture quality enhancements such as detail enhancement, scene optimization, noise reduction, and AI color enhancement.
Additionally, the T7K TVs feature a 5-unit 70W 2.1 channel Hi-Fi professional sound system supported by Dolby Atmos. They also include a 20W super-filter subwoofer for deep and impactful bass.
