    The Vivo X200 Ultra has been officially launched, making its debut yesterday to rival other premium flagship phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (currently priced at $1,085 on Amazon). Vivo introduced the X200 Ultra along with a range of other gadgets, including the Pad 5 Pro tablet, the X200s smartphone, and the Watch 5 smartwatch. However, Vivo has yet to confirm if any of these products will be available globally in the near future.

    Retailer Preferences

    Despite the lack of global availability news, several retailers have started to sell Vivo’s new high-end smartphones internationally as imports. At this moment, retailers are favoring the X200 Ultra over the X200s. As of now, only Giztop is retailing the X200s, with prices ranging from $699 to $899, available in four colors and five different memory options.

    Pricing Comparison

    In contrast, the X200 Ultra is nearly 60% more expensive than the X200s. Currently, Giztop appears to be the most affordable option for importing the X200 Ultra. The price for the X200 Ultra is set at $1,099 for the model that includes 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. We have also spotted the X200 Ultra at Average Dad Tech, Trading Shenzhen, and Wonda Mobile, but all of these options are pricier than Giztop unless you choose higher memory configurations like 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.

    Software Compatibility

    It’s important to note that imported models will come with OriginOS 5 instead of the Funtouch 15 that Vivo typically installs on devices sold globally. This usually means that the X200s and X200 Ultra might not work with some Western services, such as Android Auto. However, in our experience, Android Auto functions properly on OriginOS 5 without needing any workarounds, along with Google Wallet and banking applications.
