    The Reno 13 series is set to launch in various markets come January 2025. In Malaysia, the brand has kicked off pre-orders for this lineup, which includes the Reno 13F, Reno 13, and Reno 13 Pro. It looks like other regions, including India, will also receive the Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro models.

    Exciting Features and Specifications

    The initial teaser for the Reno 13 series has showcased some impressive AI capabilities, like AI Live Photo and AI Editor. Furthermore, the poster assures that the series will provide IP69-rated protection against dust and water. In Malaysia, the pre-order period for the Reno 13 series is set to run from December 23 to January 10, suggesting that an official announcement might happen on January 10.

    To secure a pre-order for the Reno 13 F and Reno 13, customers need to pay MYR 20, which includes a MYR 100 voucher for future purchases. These devices come with a one-year protection plan for liquid and screen damages, a multi-region warranty, and a complimentary pair of Enco Buds 2 (while supplies last).

    Special Offers for Reno 13 Pro

    If you’re keen on the Reno 13 Pro, a MYR 50 pre-order fee will earn you a RM200 voucher. This model shares similar protection plans and warranty features as the Reno 13 F and Reno 13 but includes Oppo Enco Air 4 earbuds instead of the Buds 2. The company has also mentioned that pre-ordering any device from the Reno 13 series will come with free gifts valued at up to MYR 2,266.

    Oppo is gearing up to introduce its Find X8 series smartphones to the global market and in India on November 21, following a recent launch in China. After this, the company is anticipated to unveil the mid-range Reno 13 series in China.

    However, as per a report from 91mobiles, the Reno 13 series is not expected to be released immediately outside of China. The information suggests that Oppo may aim to launch the Reno 13 series in India by January 2025, which would result in a two-month delay after its Chinese premiere. This timeline fits with Oppo’s typical approach for the Reno series, where new devices often arrive in international markets a few months post their initial introduction in China.

    Specifications of the Oppo Reno 13 Series

    Recent leaks indicate that the Reno 13 series is set to provide impressive features for the mid-range category. It’s anticipated that both the Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro will feature a 1.5K resolution display, a high-quality metal design, and will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 processor, along with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The standard Reno 13 is rumored to have a 6.59-inch display, while the Pro variant might showcase a more expansive 6.83-inch quad-micro-curved display.

    Both models are likely to boast excellent dust and water resistance (IP68/IP69 ratings), X-axis linear vibration motors, and stereo speakers to elevate the user experience. Battery life seems promising, with the Reno 13 expected to house a 5600mAh battery, while the Pro model might offer a superior 5900mAh capacity.
