    Motorola has discreetly introduced two new smartphones in its G-series lineup: the Moto G55 5G and the Moto G35 5G, targeting the global market. The Moto G35 serves as the brand’s entry-level 5G model, while the G55 is positioned among Motorola’s mid-range 5G offerings. The device is available with multiple RAM options: 4 GB, 8 GB, and 12 GB, paired with either 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. It is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.

    Camera-wise, the Moto G55 features a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS support, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Priced at €249 in Europe, the Moto G55 is available in colors such as Twilight Purple (vegan leather), Smoky Green (vegan leather), and Forest Grey.

    The Moto G35 5G, priced at €199, boasts a slightly larger 6.72-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Unisoc T760 chipset, coupled with 4 GB of RAM and options for 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging.

    Similar to the G55, the Moto G35 includes a 16-megapixel camera on the front. Its rear camera configuration consists of a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. The G35 is offered in Leaf Green (vegan leather), Guava Red, and Midnight Black.

    Both smartphones come pre-installed with Hello UI flavored Android 14. Additional features include Dolby Atmos dual speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an IP52-rated build.

Recent leaks have provided renderings of the Moto G55, showcasing its color options and front design. In addition, new information has surfaced detailing the complete design and key specifications, thanks to high-resolution renderings and leaked marketing materials.

    According to leaked marketing images (sourced from 91Mobiles), the Moto G55 5G is set to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipset. This processor will be combined with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Users will also have the option to expand RAM through virtual memory.

    The Moto G55 5G is powered by a substantial 5,000mAh battery, supporting 30W wired fast charging. While the display size hasn’t been disclosed, it will include Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Additionally, the images confirm an IP54 rating for resistance against water and dust.

    For photos, the device features a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, OIS, and Quad PDAF. It’s accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera, designed for selfies and video calls, is a 16-megapixel shooter.
