    Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has listed the Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro on the Xiaomi global website, indicating an imminent global release.

    Features

    The new Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro bears a resemblance to a similar smart home product previously launched in China, the Xiaomi MIJIA Desktop Drinking Machine Smart Edition, which made its debut in 2022. This new model boasts a six-stage RO filtration system designed to eliminate heavy metals and bacteria. It has a 4.4L water tank equipped with UV sterilization, along with a separate 1.8L compartment for collecting wastewater. Users can adjust the water temperature in 1℃ increments, ranging from 40℃ to 95℃.

    The device can heat water almost instantaneously and comes with several preset modes, including Room Temperature, Coffee, and Boiling Water. It can be operated via its TFT display or connected to the Mi Home/ Xiaomi Home app. Additionally, the model supports NFC tags, allowing the machine to identify cups and dispense water according to preset temperature and volume preferences. A tag is included with the product.

    The Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro also features two-tone lighting during dispensing and a concealed handle for easier portability. For optimal performance, Xiaomi recommends replacing the filter annually.

    The release date and price for the Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro have not been announced yet. However, it is expected to be priced similarly to the Chinese version, which sold for 1,999 yuan ($275). The final price may vary depending on regional taxes in the international market.

The fan is equipped with a Type-C universal interface and can be powered either by a standard 18W adapter or a power bank. It utilizes algorithms to simulate variable frequency natural wind across eight different scenarios, providing a unique and comfortable airflow in the home.

    Advanced Features

    This floor fan is powered by a DC variable frequency motor, which delivers a smoother air supply with a minimal power rating of just 1.6W, leading to low electricity consumption. The Xiaomi MIJIA DC Inverter Floor Fan 1X can be connected to the Mi Home App, allowing for remote control of the device. The app includes features such as timed switches and supports Xiao Ai voice control. Users can also customize the wind speed and operational cycle of the fan via the app, with up to 100 wind speed adjustments available in direct wind mode.

    The Xiaomi MIJIA DC Inverter Floor Fan 1X is available for purchase on retail platforms in China, including JD.com, at a price of 249 yuan ($34). There is currently no information on the availability of this fan outside of China.
