Huawei was set to unveil their P70 series flagship smartphones this week; however, reports indicate that its release has been postponed or may take longer than planned. Here’s a complete run-down on specifications, designs and costs associated with them so far.

Huawei P70 Series: Design & Display

Huawei’s P70 series will showcase their signature "camera Deco" layout on the back, featuring a triangular island for housing camera sensors. First seen on Huawei P70 Pro Art model, this design is expected to remain consistent across their lineup: Huawei P70, P70 Pro+ and Pro Art models will all receive design upgrades from previous offerings in their series.

At its heart lies an OLED display made up of six pixels per inch that measures 6.59-inches on all four models; higher-end variants will likely sport larger 6.76-inch displays from Chinese OLED display manufacturers like BOE, CSOT, Visionox or Tianma; all four should also boast 1.5K resolution and higher refresh rate options with punch hole cutouts for selfie cameras and in-display fingerprint sensors for authentication purposes.

Huawei P70 Series Specifications

Huawei P70 series smartphones will likely use Kirin 9000S chipset. However, individual models could differ in performance depending on which Kirin chip they come equipped with; findings on GeekBench indicate this could include Kirin 9000S in models such as ALT-AL10 and ALT-AL80 while higher tier P70 Pro+/Art might feature different Kirin chips with differing core structures and clock speeds; additionally it may just use overclocked versions of current Kirin 9000S to provide added speed or update/overclocked versions of existing Kirin 9000S to enhance overall performance or update/overclock an existing Kirin chip version with better clocking rates or perhaps updated/overclocked Kirin 9000S devices versus conventional Kirin 9000S devices used currently in other Huawei models.

All P70 models should feature at least 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, with P70 Pro+ and Pro Art models potentially providing 16GB. Battery capacity-wise, base models may feature 5,000mAh cells while P70 Pro could feature larger 5,200mAh cells compared with 5,100mAh ones found in other two variants; both smartphones are expected to support fast wired charging of 88W as well as 50W or 80W wireless fast charging respectively – as well as possibly satellite communication technology in some models of their lineup.
