Galaxy Watch Ultra, Watch 7, Buds 3 Prices Leaked in Listing

Samsung is gearing up for its next major event, Galaxy Unpacked, anticipated to occur on July 10th, 2024. While the spotlight will likely be on new foldable smartphones, the event will also unveil the next-generation Galaxy Watch series, which includes the Galaxy Watch7 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

A recent retail listing from a European e-commerce site (identified by YTECB) has disclosed the pricing and color choices for these upcoming wearables.

    Galaxy Watch Ultra Details

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is expected to be available in three color variants — Titanium Gray, Titanium White, and Titanium Silver — and will be priced around €689 – €699 for the LTE model. However, the report indicates that these listings might feature some initial discounts, which means the final retail price of the smartwatch could be slightly higher.

It’s noteworthy that Samsung’s first Ultra smartwatch will reportedly be offered only in an LTE variant and in a 47mm size. This size is marginally larger than the biggest Galaxy Watch6 Classic, which is a 46mm smartwatch.

Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Buds3 Pricing

Moving forward, the Galaxy Watch7 is also rumored to come in three shades — Green, Silver, and Cream. Pricing will begin at €319 for the 40mm Bluetooth variant and €349 for the 44mm Bluetooth variant.

There are no listings yet for LTE versions. Nevertheless, since the Bluetooth models of the Watch7 share the same price points as the Galaxy Watch6, the LTE variants might also be similarly priced.

Additionally, the report includes pricing for the upcoming Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro. The Galaxy Buds3 is expected to be priced at €229, while the Buds3 Pro will carry a price tag of €319. Both models are anticipated to be available in Silver and White color options.

  • Samsung Accidentally Reveals Galaxy Ring Features and Release Date

Samsung Accidentally Reveals Galaxy Ring Features and Release Date

Samsung has been developing its wearable Galaxy Ring for quite some time. Recently, the company has initiated a legal process aiming to obtain a declaratory judgment of non-infringement. Essentially, Samsung seeks legal confirmation that their Galaxy Ring does not infringe upon Oura’s patents. For those unaware, Oura is a Finnish company and a significant player in the wearable ring market.

    Design and Production Timeline

On page 3 of the legal suit, Samsung stated that the design of the Galaxy Ring has been finalized, and the company expects to start mass production by mid-June this year. Additionally, the document specifies that the Galaxy Ring will be available in the US "in or around August of this year." This means that the much-anticipated Galaxy Ring is only two months away from its release. However, Samsung has not disclosed the other countries where it plans to launch the wearable ring.

    Announcement and Release Expectations

It is anticipated that Samsung will announce the Galaxy Ring alongside the 6th generation foldables at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, which is reportedly scheduled for July. Historically, Samsung has announced its foldable devices in July and released them in early August. Therefore, the legal suit aligns with rumors that Samsung will unveil the new wearable ring during the Galaxy Unpacked event.

    Health-Tracking Capabilities

The document also sheds light on some of the health-tracking features of the Galaxy Ring. According to the document, "Building on its extensive investment in health and fitness tracking technology, including the Galaxy Watch and the Samsung Health app, the Galaxy Ring monitors heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, movement, and sleep to provide users valuable insights and offer guidance to improve their health and wellbeing." The health tracking system will reportedly include an "Energy Score" based on the collected data.

Notably, Samsung might be keeping additional features under wraps until the Galaxy Unpacked event.

Leaked Images: Galaxy Z Fold 6 vs Z Fold 5 Cover Screen Comparison

A recent leak reveals that the next Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will address a major user demand: a wider cover screen. The image, revealed by trusted tipster Ice Universe, contrasts the Galaxy Z Fold 6 with its predecessor, the Z Fold 5, highlighting the noticeably larger cover display.

    Improved Typing Experience

The expanded screen is likely to enhance the typing experience on this foldable device, making it feel more spacious and akin to a conventional smartphone. This change could also help resolve aspect ratio issues that some apps and games encounter.

    Design and Specifications

Additionally, the tipster provided renders of the back design, comparing it to the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The Z Fold 5 features more rounded edges, whereas the Fold 6 adopts a boxier look, reminiscent of Samsung’s latest S-flagships. Although the rendering might not be entirely precise, it offers a glimpse into the anticipated design changes.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to be equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a slightly larger battery. The camera system will likely remain the same as the Z Fold 5 but may include an IPX8 rating for water resistance and 25W fast charging.

    Enhanced Durability and Longevity

Samsung’s next flagship foldable is also rumored to feature a titanium frame and Gorilla Glass Armor screen protection, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Furthermore, it might come with an impressive seven years of Android OS and security updates, significantly extending its usability.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is anticipated to be officially announced on July 10, 2024, during Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris.
