DJI Air 3S Pricing Leak: Combo Options Starting at €1,599

As the DJI Air 3S is about to be unveiled tomorrow, another leak regarding its pricing has come to light, giving potential buyers a clearer picture of what to expect. Earlier today, a teaser video featuring the drone also appeared online. According to a recent report from Winfuture, the Air 3S will be available in Germany for €1,099 (approximately $1,198) for the basic package, which comes with the new RC-N3 controller (priced at $129 on Amazon). Furthermore, there will be two premium combo options, as previously rumored: one costing €1,399 (around $1,525) that includes the RC-N3 controller, and another for €1,599 (roughly $1,744) which comes with the upgraded RC2 controller (currently selling for $339 on Amazon). These packages are expected to include a range of accessories, like additional batteries.

    Pricing Details

This final leak regarding pricing closely matches earlier information that hinted at a price range of about €1,359 (approximately $1,492) for a Fly More Combo that includes the RC2 controller. The Air 3S is likely to feature a 50 MP wide-angle camera alongside a 48 MP telephoto camera.

    Camera and Features

In addition to the advanced camera setup, rumors suggest that the Air 3S will offer 4K video recording at 60fps, as well as 4K slow-motion recording at 120fps. It is also anticipated to have a flight duration of up to 45 minutes. Safety features are set to see enhancements due to a LiDAR-based obstacle detection system, making the Air 3S a strong contender for both enthusiasts and professionals.

With these newly surfaced details, the Air 3S appears poised to be one of DJI’s most feature-rich drones. All attention will be on the official announcement tomorrow to see how these leaks compare with the actual specifications.

DJI Air 3S Release Date Leaked: Specs and New RC Track Accessory

Leaks about DJI’s upcoming drone have been circulating, although they have become less frequent in the past few weeks. As is often the case, @JasperEllens and @Quadro_News are at the forefront of the latest DJI news, now focusing on the potential of the company to replace the Air 3, which currently retails for $1,239 on Amazon.

    New Images and Specs

Following up on previous reports, the duo has shared new promotional images of the Air 3S, which are included below. Additionally, @JasperEllens has provided what seems to be an official specification sheet for the new drone, which is also embedded beneath. To sum it up, this spec sheet covers all essential information such as camera features, maximum flight durations, and total weight.

    Enhanced Features

From what we understand, the DJI Air 3S is expected to have a sensitivity of up to 12,800 ISO across its two cameras, an increase from the previous 6,000 found in earlier Air models. Furthermore, DJI has incorporated LiDAR sensors this time to enhance safety during low-light flights. It appears that DJI plans to unveil the Air 3S on October 23, contrary to earlier speculations that pointed to October 15.

    Anticipated Launch Event

That being said, it wouldn’t be surprising if DJI organized a new launch event on or around October 15 for the October 23 announcement. Interestingly, it seems the Air 3S will also be compatible with a new accessory known as the RC Track, which Ellens describes as a "tracking beacon to control and let the drone follow you."
