Along with the introduction of the Nothing Phone (2a), the brand has unveiled two new audio products within its sub-brand, expanding its range. These new offerings include the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds. The CMF Buds appear to be a simplified version of the CMF Buds Pro, which made its debut last September. While the Neckband Pro and Buds share similarities, their distinct designs set them apart from each other.

Specifications of CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds

The CMF Neckband Pro is a neckband-style Bluetooth wireless earphone, featuring IP55 certification for dust and water resistance. It comes with a smart dial for intuitive sound control and the earbuds can magnetically attach to each other when not in use. The Neckband Pro boasts 50dB hybrid active noise cancellation and a 13.6mm custom dynamic driver. It includes five mics with AI noise cancellation for clear call quality and environment-adaptive ANC with three intensity settings. Users can adjust five bass levels with the ultra bass technology in the Nothing X app. The Spatial Audio effect aims to provide a 360-degree listening experience, along with wind noise reduction.

The CMF Neckband Pro offers 37 hours of battery life with ANC on and 23 hours with ANC off. A 10-minute charge is said to provide 18 hours of usage.

    CMF Buds Features and Pricing

The CMF Buds sport a similar in-ear design to the Buds Pro, featuring a stem and silicone ear tips. These TWS earphones are IP54-rated against dust and water and come with a square-shaped case that includes the brand’s aluminum alloy dial for attaching it to various lanyards. With a 12.4mm bio-fiber and custom TPU driver, the Buds offer 42dB ANC, transparency mode, four microphones for call clarity, and HD audio tuned by Dirac, along with wind noise reduction. The CMF Buds provide 8 hours of usage with ANC enabled and 5.6 hours with ANC disabled, offering a total of 35 hours of battery life with the charging case.

Both the CMF Neckband Pro and Buds feature Bluetooth 5.3 and dual-device connectivity, along with Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair support. The CMF Neckband Pro is priced at Rs 1,999, while the CMF Buds are available for Rs 2,499. These devices are offered in Black, White, and Orange color options and will be sold through Flipkart and Myntra.

Nothing’s sub-brand CMF unveiled its initial product lineup back in September last year. Now, CMF is gearing up to diversify its range by introducing two new audio gadgets in the Indian market. The brand has officially disclosed that the launch of these products is scheduled for March 5, coinciding with the debut of the Nothing Phone (2a) in the country.

CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds Launch Date Confirmed

The upcoming audio devices from the Nothing sub-brand include the CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds. These two products are slated to be unveiled on March 5, Tuesday, at 5 pm IST. Both gadgets will be accessible for purchase on Flipkart, as confirmed by a dedicated microsite on the e-commerce platform's mobile application.

Key Specifications of CMF Neckband Pro and CMF Buds

The CMF Neckband Pro is positioned as the first Bluetooth neckband earphones boasting 50dB Hybrid ANC technology. It is equipped with a sizable 12.4mm bio-fiber and custom TPU driver. Additionally, this upcoming audio accessory features five microphones integrated with AI noise cancellation for enhanced audio clarity. Users will also have the option to fine-tune the bass levels with the ultra bass technology available through the Nothing X app.

On the other hand, the CMF Buds are anticipated to be a slightly scaled-down version of the Buds Pro model. Despite this, they will share the same driver as the Neckband Pro, offering superior sound quality compared to the 10mm driver in the Pro variant. The brand asserts that the Buds will deliver top-notch ANC capabilities within its category, along with the inclusion of ultra bass technology akin to its neckband counterpart.

In the days leading up to the launch event, Nothing may release additional insights and details about the CMF Buds and Neckband Pro, building anticipation among tech enthusiasts and audio aficionados.
