Xu Qi Chase, the Chief Marketing Officer of Realme, unveiled some camera samples from the upcoming Realme GT6 smartphone, which will be launched on July 9 in China. He noted that the device features the same advanced light and shadow image processing algorithm as the Realme GT5 Pro, which debuted in December of last year. Below are the image samples for your reference.

    Realme GT6 Camera Performance

Xu Qi shared four images on his official Weibo account. Due to significant compression, the images have a resolution of 690 x 591, making it difficult to evaluate details and noise levels. Nonetheless, the pictures display impressive dynamic range and pleasing colors. One image, capturing a flying bird, indicates that the camera can handle fast-moving subjects well, at least in well-lit conditions.

The phone is equipped with a 50MP main sensor from Sony, possibly the Sony IMX890, according to earlier rumors. This sensor is 1/1.56″ in size with a pixel size of 1.0µm. The main camera also includes OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). It is complemented by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 16MP selfie camera on the front.

    Design and Specifications

Images of the phone surfaced online through the MIIT certification listing. The camera module features a ring-shaped flash. The back of the phone has a glossy and matte gradient glass cover and is 8.43mm thick. The front sports a 6.78″ OLED display with a resolution of 2780×1264 pixels.

The Realme GT6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and includes a substantial 5800mAh battery with support for 120W fast wired charging. Despite the large battery, the phone weighs only 206.7g.

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is set to debut on June 27 and has already garnered over 200,000 pre-orders. Li Jie, President of OnePlus China, has recently shared some image samples of the phone, which you can view below.

    Enhanced Image Processing

The sample images of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro include various landscapes and portraits taken under different lighting conditions. The first photo captures a well-lit scene with generally good color reproduction, although the trees in the background appear slightly darker.

Another sample, taken in relatively dim lighting, shows good color fidelity and minimal noise, thanks to a 2-second long exposure. Additionally, there’s an image of a sunset that delivers pleasing color accuracy.

    Portrait Mode and Features

Portrait shots from the Ace 3 Pro also display good detail and dynamic range. However, it’s important to note that the shared image samples have a resolution of 690 x 592, limiting our ability to fully evaluate the fine details.

Li Jie mentions that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro utilizes the latest image processing algorithm developed by Oppo for its flagship models. This algorithm, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset’s ISP, enhances the images significantly. The portrait mode, in particular, has received special optimizations, and the phone also features a "live photo" mode.

    Specifications

Rumors suggest that the phone will feature a BOE S1 OLED 8T LTPO panel with a 1.5K resolution, capable of reaching an impressive peak brightness of 6000 nits for excellent outdoor visibility. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will be paired with 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage.
