    iQOO TWS 1e specifications, price (expected)

    The iQOO TWS 1e was initially announced in December 2023 in China. Priced at 169 Yuan (~$23), it is available in Mecha White and Star Yellow in its home market. It remains unclear if the white variant will be available in India. The pricing is expected to be under Rs 2,000, suggesting it may compete with the Poco Buds X1, which recently launched in India.

    The iQOO TWS 1e wireless earphones feature a design reminiscent of Apple AirPods, with in-ear buds and silicone tips. Equipped with 11mm drivers, these earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3 and support various sound effects, including DeepX 3.0 stereo, 3D panoramic audio, and Monster Sound for gaming.

    Additional Features

    The earbuds are IP54-rated for splash resistance and come with touch gesture controls. They pair seamlessly with Vivo and iQOO devices, offering a low latency of up to 55ms, making them ideal for gaming.     With Google’s hardware event set for August 13th, early leaks have begun to emerge about the anticipated announcements. While the main focus is expected to be on the Pixel 9 series and the Pixel Watch 3, a recent leak hints at another addition: the Pixel Buds Pro 2.

    According to typically reliable leaker Dylan Roussel, the Buds Pro 2 will be available in four colors: Raspberry, Mojito, Porcelain, and Haze. Given that the original Pixel Buds Pro debuted in 2022, a new version this year seems plausible.

    Color Options and Battery Details

    The “Raspberry” shade stands out as it resembles the rumored pink variant of the Pixel 9. “Mojito” is a light sage green, while “Porcelain” and “Haze” are more neutral tones.

    The Pixel Buds Pro 2 has been certified by UL Demko and Safety Korea with the model number GH8tQ. The UL Demko certification indicates that the charging case has a Li-ion battery capacity of 650mAh, a slight enhancement from the 620mAh in the original Pixel Buds Pro.

    Google claims 31 hours of playback with ANC off for the original model, so the new version might offer slightly longer battery life. The Safety Korea filing also includes a live image of the charging case’s battery unit.

    Samsung introduced the revamped Galaxy Buds 3 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, and the Galaxy Watch 7 series.

    The Galaxy Buds 3 series features two distinct models with slight variations in design and pricing – the Galaxy Buds 3 and the Buds 3 Pro. Let’s delve into the specifics of each model.

    Samsung Galaxy Buds 3

    The standard Galaxy Buds 3 boasts an open-type design and features a single 11mm dynamic driver. The dimensions are 18.1 x 20.4 x 31.9 mm, with the earbuds weighing 4.7 g and the charging case weighing 46.5 g.

    As anticipated, the Buds 3 come with ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and are equipped with a total of 3 Mics + VPU (Voice Pickup Unit) to detect ambient noise and automatically adjust the optimal noise and sound levels.

    These earbuds support 24bit Hi-Fi audio and 360 Audio with Direct Multi-Channel.

    The earbuds and the case have battery capacities of 48mAh and 515mAh respectively. The earbuds can last 5 hours with ANC enabled, and with the charging case, the total battery life extends to 24 hours.

    For connectivity, the TWS earphone includes Bluetooth 5.4 and supports Auto Switch for user convenience. For efficient audio transmission, the earbuds support SSC (Samsung Seamless Codec) HiFi, SSC UHQ (Samsung Proprietary), AAC, and SBC codecs. The product is IP57 dust and water-resistant.

    Galaxy Buds 3 Pro

    Many features are shared between the Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro. However, the Buds 3 Pro features an in-ear design and provides enhanced audio quality with a 10.5mm Dynamic driver and an additional 6.1mm planar driver.

    The earbuds are slightly heavier at 5.4g, while the charging case weight remains the same as the standard model. The Buds 3 Pro includes a larger 53mAh battery. In terms of ANC, the Buds 3 Pro also offers Ambient sound and Voice Detect for an improved listening experience.     Both devices are available for pre-order on Samsung’s official website. The standard model is priced at ₹ 14,999 ($179.99) and the Pro model at ₹ 19,999 ($249).

    The Realme Buds Air 6 Pro boasts up to 50dB of active noise cancellation (ANC) and LDAC connectivity. Equipped with a six-mic system and Hi-Res Audio, the earbuds feature dual drivers: an 11mm bass driver and a 6mm micro-planar tweeter.

    These earbuds are designed to support a 360-degree Spatial Audio Effect for an immersive sound experience. They also allow dual device connections, enabling users to pair them with two devices simultaneously, such as a smartphone and a tablet.
