    Realme has started selling its P3x 5G smartphone in India, which was introduced last week along with the P3 Pro 5G. This budget-friendly device begins at an effective price of ₹12,999 after bank discounts, aiming at the competitive market segment of under ₹15,000.

    The P3x 5G comes in two different configurations: a 6GB+128GB model priced at ₹13,999 (or ₹12,999 after a ₹1,000 bank discount) and an 8GB+128GB version available for ₹14,999 (₹13,999 post-discount). Shoppers can find it on Realme’s website, Flipkart, and in physical stores.

    This smartphone boasts a 6.72-inch full-HD+ display with a variable refresh rate of 45Hz to 120Hz and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by MediaTek’s 6nm Dimensity 6400 processor, with options of up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. The device runs on Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0, making it one of the first in its price category to feature the latest operating system.

    Camera and Durability

    In terms of camera capabilities, it has a 50MP main rear sensor and an 8MP front camera. The device emphasizes durability with IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance, which is quite rare for affordable 5G smartphones. It includes a 6000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options are extensive, featuring 5G SA/NSA, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.3. The smartphone weighs 197g and is 7.94mm thick.
