    Baseus has introduced the GaN6 Pro 1C 45W Fast Charger, specifically designed to work with the iPhone 16 and Pro series. This charger provides 45W fast charging using PD 3.0, allowing for quick charging in a compact and sophisticated design.

    Specifications of Baseus GaN6 Pro 45W Fast Charger

    The Baseus GaN6 Pro incorporates the fourth-generation Apple PI chip, achieving an impressive energy conversion efficiency of 93%. It measures 37.5 x 33 x 33mm and weighs 83.6g. The Type-C output can deliver up to 45W of power. This charger supports multiple fast charging protocols, including PD 3.0, QC 3.0, AFC, FCP, and PPS, making it versatile enough for various devices beyond the iPhone 16 series.

    The charger is designed with ten layers of safety protection, ensuring a secure and reliable charging experience. These safety features protect against short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage, static, and electromagnetic interference, as well as providing fireproof protection for the charger’s casing.

This system features evenly distributed heating components, high-conductivity graphene for effective heat dissipation, polymer silicon encapsulation to enhance the dissipation area, and intelligent temperature control that monitors the charging status 200 times per second for safe and efficient charging. Baseus claims that this charger can charge an iPhone 16 Pro Max to 62% in just 35 minutes and an iPad Pro M4 to 44% in 30 minutes.

    Pricing and Availability

    The Baseus GaN6 Pro fast charger is available at a price of 146 yuan ($20). However, early purchasers can benefit from a launch discount, reducing the price to 91 yuan ($13). The charger can be bought on Tmall.

    In other news, DeperAI, a new venture launched by a former OnePlus executive, has introduced India’s first UFCS fast chargers starting at Rs. 499. These chargers utilize GaN III technology for more efficient and cooler charging and include models of 20W, 25W, and 65W Pro adapters that support both iOS and Android devices.

    A Samsung smartphone with the model number SM-C5560 has recently received approval from China's regulatory body, TENAA. While the official name of the device is yet to be confirmed, speculations suggest that it could be named the Galaxy Y55 upon its debut in the Chinese market. Initially, the TENAA certification provided comprehensive information about the phone's specifications, but details regarding its design were withheld. However, the listing has now been updated to include images of the device, giving us a glimpse of what to expect. Additionally, the alleged Y55 has also gained approval from China's 3C certification platform, revealing additional details about the smartphone.

    Minimalist Design and Triple Camera Setup

    According to the images released by TENAA, the Samsung SM-C5560 showcases a minimalist design. While it is not explicitly clear if the phone features a punch-hole or a waterdrop notch, the smartphone's design appears to be straightforward. On the rear, we can see a triple camera setup, with individual camera sensors arranged vertically along with an LED flash. The right edge of the phone houses a volume rocker and a power key. In terms of security, the device is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.

    3C Certification Indicates 45W Fast Charging

    The SM-C5560 has also received certification from the 3C authority. The listing reveals that the device may support 45W fast charging through the EP-TA200 power brick. However, it seems that the retail package of the phone will not include the charger.

    As per the information from the TENAA certification, the alleged Galaxy Y55 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch OLED panel with an FHD+ resolution, possibly accompanied by a high refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by an undisclosed 2GHz chipset and comes with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. It is also rumored to pack a 5,000mAh battery.

    In terms of photography, the alleged Galaxy Y55 may sport a triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. On the front, there could be a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
