PaintCam of Slovenia has unveiled an ingenious security solution: Eve. Their product uses artificial intelligence to detect intruders while going beyond mere detection by dispensing non-lethal paintballs and tear gas at potential offenders.

Eve is a cutting-edge computer vision device which accurately recognizes individuals and animals during nighttime, helping users address concerns over visitors triggering Eve unknowingly by designating certain people as "friends" or "enemies", to prevent accidental alerts by Eve.
Intelligent Security Measures
Eve detects any unfamiliar person it identifies as being an intruder and requests they leave the premises within five seconds to comply or it uses its unique approach of marking intruders with paintballs or tear gas to ensure their safety. When encountered near familiar individuals, Eve always seeks their permission before taking action to reduce false alarms.
PaintCam offers three variations of its Eve product line - Eve, Eve+ and Eve Pro. While its base model allows app-controlled on/off functionality and standard features such as animal detection capabilities are included; further, its upgraded variant adds facial recognition technology for even further functionality.
PaintCam plans to launch Eve on April 23, with an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign.
