Sony has introduced the ZV-E10 II mirrorless camera and the E PZ OSS II lens. The ZV-E10 II is an update to the original ZV-E10, which was first launched in 2021 and gained popularity among vloggers.
Sony ZV-E10 II Mirrorless Camera
The second-generation Sony mirrorless camera uses the same 26MP sensor found in the Sony FX30 and a6700. It comes with numerous enhancements over its predecessor, making it faster and more aligned with Sony’s compact cinema-focused models. The Sony E PZ 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS II lens is an upgraded version of the standard Sony APS-C kit zoom.

The Sony ZV-E10 II mirrorless camera features a 26MP APS-C Exmor R CMOS sensor, similar to the FX30, and supports UHD 4K 60p and FHD 120p video recording. It includes a 3-inch touchscreen LCD with vertical support and fast hybrid phase detection up to 759 points. The camera boasts Real-Time Eye AF and tracking, background defocus, focus breathing compensation, and a directional 3-capsule microphone with a windscreen. Equipped with a new BIONZ XR processor, it delivers performance up to eight times faster than its predecessor. The camera is almost on par with Sony’s leading premium APS-C models. The autofocus system integrates an AI Processing unit for advanced subject recognition and other top-notch features. The ZV-E10 II offers up to 30% longer battery life and performance compared to the original model, making it ideal for all-day recording.
The Sony E PZ 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS II kit zoom lens covers a 24-75mm range, suitable for various shooting scenarios. It offers quick focusing and utilizes Optical SteadyShot (OSS) for sharper images. The new lens is lighter than its predecessor, providing improved image stabilization and focusing during shooting. It also allows simultaneous focusing and zooming when taking a shot. Sony has yet to announce availability and pricing details for these new products.
