At the start of this month, Redmi made an unexpected announcement regarding their brand new series known as Redmi Turbo and that their initial device in this lineup would be known as the Redmi Turbo 3. Since then, they have now revealed its appearance and launch date within China.

According to its Weibo account, Xiaomi Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone will debut on April 10, at 7 PM local time in China. A teaser showcased its official design - flat with slightly rounded corners to improve grip comfort - in three color variants and features two camera sensor cutouts with LED rings on its rear face, along with power button and volume rockers conveniently situated on its right side for ease of access.
Redmi has confirmed that its Turbo series smartphone will come equipped with Qualcomm's recently unveiled Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor - an updated variant of Snapdragon 8's flagship chip from 2016. Redmi reports a tremendous AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 1.75 Million on Geekbench surpassing current leader, the OnePlus Ace 3V; thus fulfilling Redmi's objectives for their Turbo series.
