Nubia is currently developing two flagship smartphones intended for the Chinese market, specifically the Nubia Z70 Ultra and the Red Magic 10 Pro series. The Z70 Ultra is set to be a standard flagship device, while the Red Magic 10 Pro series will cater to gamers. Both of these smartphones are confirmed to be equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. A recent leak from popular insider Digital Chat Station (DCS) indicates that the series will feature an “Ultra” variant.
Details on the Red Magic 10 Ultra
According to the leak from DCS, the Red Magic 10 Ultra is expected to be a significant addition to the lineup. This Ultra variant is anticipated to feature a particularly large display, likely exceeding 7 inches, which will appeal to gamers looking for an engaging experience. Like its counterparts in the series, this model is expected to have a flat screen and an under-display camera.
Impressive Battery Capacity
Moreover, the Ultra variant could potentially include one of the biggest batteries in the industry, possibly ranging from 6,600mAh to 7,000mAh, which would provide ample battery life for gaming and demanding tasks. Although Nubia has not yet officially announced the Ultra model, a recent promotional poster from the company hinted at a more powerful and larger Pro series, which raises the likelihood of this variant being released.
The Nubia Z70 Ultra
In addition to the gaming phone, Nubia is also focused on the Nubia Z70 Ultra for the Chinese market. This device is likewise expected to come with an under-display camera and a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. DCS added in the comments of the previous leak that the Z70 Ultra’s display will be slightly smaller, likely around 6.9 inches.
Reports suggest that the Red Magic 10 Pro series may launch in November in China. As for the Z70 Ultra, it is also expected to be unveiled before the year ends.
