Realme GT 6 Camera Samples Revealed Ahead of July 9 Launch

On July 9, Realme will unveil the Realme GT 6 in China. The phone’s TENAA listing has already exposed its 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back. Ahead of the release, Xu Qi, the company’s Vice President and Global Marketing President, shared camera samples of the GT 6 to showcase its photography capabilities.

Realme GT 6 Primary Camera Features

The Realme GT 6 boasts a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 flagship main camera with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS support. According to Xu Qi, the synergy of this high-quality lens, advanced algorithms, and OIS enables the camera to capture sharp, detailed images even in difficult conditions. The post included some camera samples from the GT 6.

Details about the GT 6’s ultrawide and front-facing cameras remain undisclosed. However, the TENAA certification confirms an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens accompanying the 50-megapixel primary camera on the back. On the front, the device features a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Display and Additional Features

Other sources have indicated that the Realme GT 6 features the world’s first BOE S1+ flat screen, which provides natural grayscale transitions, enhanced touch accuracy, consistent performance in low light, and precise color reproduction. It also includes Green Field AI Eye Protection and an innovative active eye fatigue detection function that adjusts settings based on the user’s fatigue level for optimal viewing.

Internal Specifications

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the GT 6 is equipped with a 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. It may come with up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset also supports the new Sky communication system, which includes 5.5G networks and Wi-Fi 7 protocols. Featuring a metal middle frame, the phone’s dimensions are 162.02 x 76.07 x 8.43mm, and it weighs 206.7 grams.
