Realme has introduced its flagship GT 7 Pro smartphone in India on November 30, 2024. Recently, during the ongoing Republic Day Sale on various e-commerce platforms, the price for this device has been cut, which has left early purchasers feeling let down. In response to these customer grievances, Realme announced a compensation plan aimed at providing fair value for all buyers of this premium smartphone.
Compensation Details
To be eligible for compensation, customers who bought and activated the Realme GT 7 Pro before January 13, 2025, through Realme’s official website, Amazon, or any offline retail stores can participate. The window for submitting compensation requests will be open from January 13 to January 21, 2025. Customers who qualify will receive a ₹3,000 coupon, which will be credited to their Realme account by January 24, 2025.
How to Apply
If you made your purchase on the Realme website, you need to provide your order number along with the IMEI number of the device. For those who bought the phone from Amazon or offline stores, submitting proof of purchase along with the IMEI number is required.

During the Republic Day Sale, there were notable discounts on the Realme GT 7 Pro:
– The 16GB/512GB Variant had a ₹6,000 discount through banks.
– The 12GB/256GB Variant saw a cashback of ₹5,000.
