POCO is gearing up to launch its newest smartphone, the POCO M6 Plus 5G. Even though there hasn't been an official announcement yet, leaks have provided insights into the phone's design, features, and pricing.
According to 91mobiles, the POCO M6 Plus 5G will come in two variants: a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model priced at Rs 13,999, and an 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model priced at Rs 14,999. Additionally, buyers can benefit from a Rs 1,000 instant bank discount. The smartphone will be available in Purple, Black, and Silver colors.
Design and Display
The phone is rumored to have a flat frame with volume buttons and a power button on the right side. The front will feature a punch-hole display with slim bezels and a noticeable chin, while the back will include a prominent LED flash ring.
Expected Features
Leaks suggest that the POCO M6 Plus 5G is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13R. It is expected to have a 6.79-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor.
For photography, the device is likely to include a 108MP primary sensor, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 13MP front-facing camera. It will have a 5,030mAh battery with 33W fast charging, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, a USB Type-C port, UFS 2.2 storage, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP53 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone was recently seen on Geekbench featuring 6GB RAM and the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chipset.
