Recent reports suggest that Oppo is gearing up to introduce the Oppo K12 as its initial K-series smartphone of the year in China. A Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station has unveiled crucial details about the device's specifications. Additionally, another Weibo post by the leaker has shared a schematic of the Oppo K12, offering insights into its design.

Oppo K12 Design Revealed

The Oppo K12 schematic showcases a punch-hole OLED display on the front, likely incorporating a fingerprint scanner. Positioned on the back is a module housing two cameras and an LED flash, situated at the top-left corner.

Features and Specifications

Rumors surrounding the Oppo K12 suggest it will boast a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a potential 120Hz refresh rate. The device is anticipated to run on ColorOS 14-based Android 14 out of the box.

The front of the phone is expected to house a 16-megapixel camera, while the rear will likely feature a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. Internally, the Oppo K12 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, accompanied by 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

Battery and Charging

Details regarding the battery size and charging capabilities of the Oppo K12 remain undisclosed. However, speculations hint that it might inherit the 5,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support from its predecessor, the Oppo K11. Leaked images suggest that the Ace 3V might sport a camera setup akin to the Oppo K12 but with more powerful internals, featuring the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset.
