After the launch of the Find X2 series back in 2020, Oppo has not released any Find X-series smartphones in India. Recently, the company announced the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro models, which are powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, in China. Interestingly, these phones have recently been found in the database of India’s BIS certification platform, which suggests that they might soon be available in the Indian market. To everyone’s amazement, Oppo has already kicked off a promotional campaign for the upcoming Find X8 series in India. The Find X8 Magic Box campaign indicates that the series is set to make its debut in November in India.
Oppo Find X8 Magic Box Campaign Launches
A special page for the Oppo Find X8 Magic Box campaign is now active on Oppo India’s website. The campaign, which launched on October 25, will run until November 10, suggesting that the Find X8 series could be revealed in the third week of November in India.
During this time, customers can buy the Magic Box for just Rs 99 and will get a guaranteed reward of 50,000 Oppo points. Moreover, there is also a chance to win a free Find X8 5G coupon. The campaign is structured into two rounds.
Details on the Rounds
In Round 1, if Oppo manages to sell 3,000 Magic Boxes by November 3, selected buyers who purchased the box between October 25 and November 3 will be sent a link via WhatsApp on November 4 to claim their free phone coupon. In Round 2, if the company sells 6,000 Magic Boxes by November 10, selected buyers who purchased the box during the period of October 25 to November 10 will get a link on WhatsApp on November 11 to claim the free phone coupon.
The points and coupons will be credited within 24 hours after the end of the event. The free phone coupon is limited to 2 units per customer and will expire on December 31, 2024.
Wider Release Plans for Find X8 Series
India isn’t the only country getting the Find X8 series in November. An early pre-order page for the X8 series has already been launched on Oppo Indonesia’s website. Additionally, Oppo UK is conducting a promotional campaign on its official site, allowing users to express their interest in the Find X8 series. Thus, the X8 series is anticipated to launch in several markets in November.
