OnePlus Ace 5 Pro Specs Leaked: Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, 6000mAh Battery

OnePlus introduced the Ace 3 Pro in June this year, and now the company is already busy on the Ace 5 series. Recently, well-known leaker Digital Chat Station has shared some important details about the Pro version.

Display Features

The tipster claims that the device will feature a 1.5K BOE X2 flat AMOLED screen. The flat screen design hints at a similar look to the upcoming Oppo flagship models. However, the exact size of the display has not been disclosed yet.

Ace 5 Pro Specifications (Speculated)

Although the leaker didn't directly mention the device's name, the inclusion of the SM8750 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset along with other details points towards it being the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro. The previous models, Ace 3 Pro and Ace 3, were released with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 8 Gen 2 chips, respectively. Therefore, it’s expected that the Ace 5 Pro will be equipped with this year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip.

Battery and Camera Rumors

The anticipated Ace 5 Pro is also said to adopt the latest trend of using a large capacity silicon-carbon anode battery, starting from 6, which is an upgrade from the Ace 3 Pro’s 5500mAh. The tipster had earlier stated that the device will likely feature a 6300-6500mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging.

In terms of camera capabilities, this phone is rumored to have a 50MP IMX 906 as its primary sensor, along with an ISOCELL JN1 for telephoto shots, utilizing the same image processing technology found in the Find X8 series. For those who might not know, the IMX906 has a resolution of 50MP and a sensor size of 1/1.56″. The telephoto sensor also offers a 50MP resolution but has a size of 1/2.76″. Unfortunately, the zoom level for the telephoto camera has not been revealed.

Additional Insights

The rumored Ace 5 (or OnePlus 13R for the international market) previously appeared in thermal imaging results during a Genshin Impact gameplay test, which confirmed that a prototype model is in development. Both devices are also expected to launch with ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15, introducing several visual enhancements and some AI functionalities.
