Casio has introduced a brand new collection of G-Shock watches called Flame Inside in Japan. This collection features four distinct models: the GA-100FL-1A, GA-100FL-8A, GA-2100FL-1A, and GA-2100FL-8A. The company claims that the designs of these watches embody different challenges.
Design Inspirations
Casio explains that the watch face of the 8A, which has an orange gradient, stands for passion, while the blue gradient of the 1A represents belief. Each model comes with a black gradient band that sports a smoke-like pattern. The GA-100 series is designed to be antimagnetic and boasts a battery life of two years. Notable features include 48 time zones, a stopwatch that measures to 1/1000 of a second, up to five alarms, and a backlight that automatically turns on with an afterglow option. In contrast, the GA-2100 models have a longer battery life of three years and come equipped with a Super Illuminator backlight, also featuring the afterglow function. They too have settings for 48 cities, a 1/100-second stopwatch, alarms, and an hourly chime.
