MSI has unveiled its newest gaming desktops, the Aegis S and Trident RS series, featuring both Intel and AMD processor options. These systems are designed to cater to a wide range of gamers, from those seeking mainstream setups to those needing high-performance configurations.
Aegis S Series
The Aegis S lineup includes various configurations powered by Intel’s 11th to 14th generation Core processors. Entry-level options, such as the i5-11400F with an RTX 3050, are priced at ¥3,699, making them budget-friendly. At the high end, the i9-14900KF paired with an RTX 4090D is available for ¥26,999. Other configurations include an i7-13650HX with an RTX 4060 for ¥7,299, and the i7-14700KF with an RTX 4070Ti S.
These Aegis S models feature advanced water cooling systems, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and 2.5G Ethernet to ensure top-notch performance and connectivity. Additionally, MSI offers a three-year warranty with on-site service for these models.
Trident RS Series
The Trident RS series caters to both mainstream and high-performance users, supporting AMD and Intel processors. AMD configurations range from the ¥4,999 Ryzen 5 9600X without a discrete GPU to the ¥18,999 Ryzen 9 9900X with an RTX 4080S.
A good balance between performance and cost is the Ryzen 7 9700X variant with an RTX 4070Ti S, retailing at ¥13,499. Currently out of stock, the Trident RS series also offers options like the i5-12600KF with an RTX 4060Ti for ¥8,099, and the i7-14700KF with an RTX 4070S for ¥14,199. These configurations are aimed at budget-conscious gamers who still desire strong performance.
