Mibro just introduced the Watch GS Explorer, a smartwatch designed with a tough exterior and packed with features. This device meets military-grade standards, having successfully undergone 15 military tests according to the MIL-STD-810H certification. It also holds a 10ATM water resistance rating, which allows it to withstand depths up to 100 meters, making it ideal for activities like diving, jet skiing, and snorkeling.

Display and Navigation Features

The GS Explorer is equipped with a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen that has a resolution of 466×466 and can reach a peak brightness of 1500 nits. It supports five dual-frequency satellites for accurate positioning and navigation, claiming to enhance GPS precision by 20%. Users have the option to upload GPX, KML, and TCX files for personalized route planning.

Health and Activity Tracking

In terms of health features, the watch includes a Circular Matrix Biological Detection System, which improves heart rate and oxygen monitoring as well as data collection accuracy, even for people with darker skin tones. Moreover, the device supports over 150 sports modes, stress monitoring, and women’s health tracking, among other functionalities.

Additional Features and Battery Life

The GS Explorer also boasts a “Wrist Weather Station” feature, providing users with detailed weather forecasts and alerts. On paper, its battery life is quite impressive, lasting up to 20 days in daily mode, 10 days in performance mode, and 60 days in basic watch mode.

Currently, the Mibro watch starts at a price of $122, which will rise to $150 after the pre-purchase phase. It is available in black and white options, with a green version appearing in some product page images. The GS Explorer appears to check all the boxes for those looking for a stylish yet functional wearable that doesn’t skimp on durability.
