The Xiaomi 14 boasts a 6.36-inch 1.5K C8 12-bit OLED LTPO display with a resolution of 2670 x 1200 pixels. It supports a variable refresh rate ranging from 1 to 120Hz and can achieve a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits.
This smartphone is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and an Adreno 750 GPU, accompanied by up to 16GB of LPPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It operates on Xiaomi HyperOS, supports dual SIM, and features a rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.31″ sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens, all enhanced with Leica lenses and OIS. The front-facing camera is 32MP, capable of recording 4K video at 60fps.

The device supports connectivity options such as 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. It is lightweight at 193g and measures 152.8×71.5×8.20mm. The Xiaomi 14 is offered in four color variants: Midnight Black, White, Rock Green, and Snow Mountain Pink. The glass model is 8.29mm thick and weighs 193g, whereas the nano leather variant is slightly slimmer at 8.28mm and weighs 188g.
Recently, the Xiaomi 14 received a new HyperOS update in China, featuring numerous optimizations and new functionalities. It is anticipated to get the HyperOS 2.0 update upon its official release.
