The standout feature of this collection is the world’s first truly wireless OLED evo M5, along with the OLED evo G5 models, both aimed at enhancing home viewing experiences.

Advanced Technology Features

The new series is driven by LG’s latest α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen2, which boosts picture quality with better brightness, richer blacks, and accurate processing. The improved Brightness Booster Ultimate technology enhances light control and employs sophisticated algorithms to reach up to three times the peak brightness of typical OLED TVs, resulting in sharper details and lively visuals.

LG’s 2025 OLED evo TVs deliver fantastic black levels and true-to-life color accuracy in any lighting condition. The lineup is certified for 100% color fidelity and has been recognized for its rapid brightness and color stability, guaranteeing top-notch picture quality right from startup.

New Features for Film Lovers

A new addition for the 2025 models is the Filmmaker Mode with Ambient Light Compensation. This feature modifies picture settings based on the lighting of the room, preserving the original cinematic vision in various viewing scenarios.

For gamers, LG provides state-of-the-art features like a 4K 165Hz Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), which is backed by NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium certifications. The collection also boasts ClearMR 10000 certification from VESA, ensuring fluid motion for fast-action games and sequences.

Enhanced Content and Sound Experience

The α11 AI Processor Gen2 not only enhances low-resolution content but also improves HDR10 visuals with Dynamic Tone Mapping Professional, ensuring colors and details are accurate in different settings. AI Sound Pro enhances the viewing experience with immersive 11.1.2-channel surround sound, automatically adjusting settings to fit user preferences.

Personalization and User Experience

Personalization options include AI Voice ID, customized recommendations, and the Generative Image Gallery, which lets users create unique backgrounds with voice commands. The updated webOS interface makes navigation easier and connects with IoT systems for effortless control.

Innovative Wireless Capabilities

The OLED evo M5 features wireless audio and video transmission at 4K 144Hz, certified by NVIDIA G-SYNC for smooth performance. This advancement also applies to selected QNED models.

Attendees at CES 2025 can check out the new television lineup from January 7-10 at LG’s booth. The TVs are expected to be released later this year, with pricing information likely to be announced around that time.
