Zepp Health seems to be introducing a new software update for the T-Rex 3 smartwatch. This model was launched in September during IFA Berlin and is gaining a lot of attention. Users on Reddit have reported the arrival of version 3.3.7.1 for this wearable device.
Recent Updates
This update comes right on the heels of the previous version 3.3.6.1, which was released at the end of November. That update included exciting features such as tap to wake and a Ski mountaineering activity. In contrast, version 3.3.7.1 is a smaller update. Based on the change log, Zepp Health has improved the stability of track navigation while exercising. Additionally, there's an enhancement in the accuracy of the time display when the T-Rex 3 is in always-on-display (AOD) mode. The size of this system update is 10.91MB.
How to Download
Users of the smartwatch can download version 3.3.7.1 through the Zepp app by navigating to Profile > Amazfit T-Rex 3 > System Update. It's not clear if this update is being released in phases or if it’s already accessible to all Amazfit T-Rex 3 users, which is currently priced at $234.99 on Amazon. Moreover, Zepp Health has also updated its iOS app to version 9.2.0 and hinted at future features.
