JBL has introduced a new set of true wireless (TWS) earbuds named the LIVE FLEX 3, now available on JD.com in China, starting at 1,399 yuan ($212). The standout feature of the LIVE FLEX 3 is its charging case, which includes an integrated touchscreen.
Customizable Touchscreen Features
This touchscreen enables users to control multiple functions without needing to use their phone, such as:
- Playing and switching songs
- Setting ambient sound modes
- Adjusting sound effects
- Changing wallpapers
- Locating your earbuds
Additionally, the case supports personalized wallpapers, allowing users to tailor the appearance of the charging case.
Earbuds Specifications
The earbuds come equipped with 12mm dynamic drivers for superior sound and provide “four-microphone full-scene adaptive noise reduction” to reduce unwanted background noise. They also have an IP55 water resistance rating, making them resistant to dust and light water splashes.
Connectivity and Battery Life
With Bluetooth 5.3, the earbuds ensure a stable connection to your device. They offer up to 10 hours of battery life, while the charging case adds an extra 40 hours, totaling 50 hours of playback. The case also supports fast charging, providing 4 hours of playback with just a 10-minute charge.
Currently, the JBL LIVE FLEX 3 is available for pre-sale on JD.com. A 50 yuan deposit is necessary to reserve your order, with the final price being 1,399 yuan after a 200 yuan discount. The official release date is June 17.
