Key Specs of iQOO 13

Even though Qualcomm hasn't officially named its next-gen Snapdragon 8-series chip, Jingdong has stated that it will be known as the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which will be the power behind the iQOO 13. According to him, this new Snapdragon chip is expected to bring major improvements in CPU, GPU, and NPU performance, reaching levels similar to those seen in PCs. Vivo and Qualcomm are working closely together to fine-tune this chipset, which aims to provide users with both high performance and greater energy efficiency.

Advanced Features and Performance

The iQOO 13 will come with advanced tuning options, like performance allocation tuning, which adjusts CPU and GPU frequencies based on how the device is used. It also boasts a sophisticated cooling system that uses multi-layer graphene along with a 7K ultra-large VC heat spreader, ensuring stable performance even under intense conditions. Additionally, the phone contains a proprietary gaming chip called the Q2, which allows for PC-level 2K texture super-resolution along with native 144FPS gaming capabilities.

Display and Battery Life

This device features a 2K Q10 Everest display, created in partnership with BOE, aimed at offering exceptional brightness and color precision while keeping power usage low. Recent reports suggest that it will have a 6.82-inch flat OLED screen with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it includes the world’s first OLED circularly polarized light eye protection technology, which helps reduce eye fatigue during long usage periods.

In addition, Jingdong confirmed that the iQOO 13 is equipped with a 6,150mAh battery that supports 120W charging, utilizing third-generation silicon negative electrode tech to keep the design slim and lightweight. The smartphone runs on the latest OriginOS 5, which enhances the user experience with improved AI features and audio-visual setups optimized for gaming. Lastly, he indicated that the device has dual speakers and a large 1016H motor for haptic feedback.
