Under the hood, the Gogoro Pulse is equipped with a Gogoro-developed motor that powers its Hyper Drive powertrain. The new 9kW H1 motor works in conjunction with the Gogoro Hypercore smart system, enabling the scooter to deliver excellent traction control and a maximum torque of 378Nm at the rear wheel. Impressively, the Pulse can accelerate from 0 to 50km/h in just 3.05 seconds, surpassing the acceleration of any 125cc-equivalent scooter, whether gasoline or electric. While the top speed has not been officially stated, it is expected to exceed 100km/h, providing the Pulse with over 50% more power than Gogoro's current scooters.
To enhance the riding experience, Gogoro has incorporated traction control into the Pulse, allowing for the implementation of various ride modes. These include Range, Dirt, City, Touring, Track, and a Custom mode. Additionally, the Pulse features Gogoro's new Smart Cockpit dashboard, which boasts a 10.25-inch panoramic HD touch display with the brand's iQ Touch HD user interface. The Smart Cockpit dashboard also offers turn-by-turn GPS navigation with real-time traffic information and provides access to Gogoro Go stations for quick battery swaps.
