The Itel A70: A New Entry-Level Smartphone Launches in India
Itel, a leading smartphone brand, has recently unveiled its latest offering in the Indian market. The Itel A70, an entry-level model, was first introduced globally in October 2023 and has now arrived in Southeast Asia.
Itel A70 Specs
The Itel A70 boasts a 6.6-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution, a 120Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 500 nits. Powering the device is the UNISOC T603 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Users also have the option to expand the memory by an additional 8GB through virtual RAM expansion. Additionally, the device supports microSD card slots to enhance storage capabilities.
Impressive Camera and Battery
In terms of photography, the Itel A70 features a 13-megapixel rear camera equipped with an AI lens and LED flash. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. To keep the device running throughout the day, it is backed by a large 5,000mAh battery that can be charged via a USB Type-C port.

The Itel A70 comes with several noteworthy features, including a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, face unlock, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a Dynamic bar on the display, and a slim 8.6mm thickness.
The smartphone will be available for purchase in India starting from January 5 at 12 PM IST exclusively on Amazon. It is offered in multiple color options, including Field Green, Azure Blue, Brilliant Gold, and Starlish Black. The base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage is priced at 6,299 INR. The 4GB + 128GB and 4GB + 256GB options are available for 6,799 INR and 7,299 INR, respectively. It is worth noting that the company is also providing an 800 INR bank offer on the 128GB variant.
