Earlier this month, Honor introduced the Honor Play 9T, an economical 5G smartphone, in China. It became available for purchase on September 13, and the company announced that the Play 9T set a new first-day sales record for the Honor Play series.

Honor Play 9T Pricing and Sale Information

The Honor Play 9T is offered in three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. These models are priced at 999 Yuan (approximately $140), 1,099 Yuan (around $155), and 1,299 Yuan (roughly $183), respectively. The phone is available in black, white, and green color options.

Honor Play 9T Specifications

The Honor Play 9T features a 6.77-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and runs on Magic OS 8-based Android 14.

Under the hood, the Play 9T is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. It is equipped with LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, and a 6,000mAh battery that supports 35W fast charging.

For photography, the Play 9T sports a 5-megapixel front camera, while the rear panel houses a 50-megapixel main camera accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
