Dyson WashG1: First Wet Floor Cleaner Unveiled

The Dyson WashG1 Wet Floor Cleaner has been introduced and is now available for purchase in Europe. This marks Dyson’s entry into the wet floor cleaner market with a high-end model tailored for European consumers.

Released in 2023, the Dyson WashG1 combines both wet and dry vacuum functionalities into one device. Unlike its predecessor, the Submarine floor attachment made for the V15 models, the WashG1 is a standalone unit capable of cleaning hard floors efficiently by handling both wet and dry messes. It features two motorized microfiber rollers and uses a continuous flow of clean water to prevent dirt from spreading. Additionally, it separates wet and dry waste, ensuring a more hygienic cleaning process.

Self-Cleaning and Battery Life

The Dyson WashG1 also boasts a self-cleaning feature that activates whenever the device is docked. During this period, it not only cleans itself with water but also recharges. On a single charge, the device can run for 35 minutes, effectively covering an area of approximately 290 square meters.

Pricing & Availability

The Dyson WashG1 Wet Floor Cleaner is currently available in European countries such as Germany, priced at €699 ($749). As of now, there is no information on global availability outside of Europe. However, it is anticipated that the model will eventually reach select international markets, potentially including the US and UK.
