Lightweight Yet Versatile
The Portégé X30W-M stands out due to its impressively light weight of just 989 grams, even with the added heft from the convertible hinge, which allows for tent and tablet modes. To keep the touchscreen safe from scratches, it’s protected by durable Corning Gorilla Glass and is compatible with a Wacom AES 2.0 stylus. The notebook features a 13.3-inch Sharp IGZO IPS display that can reach a brightness of up to 400 nits.
Comprehensive Features
For video calls, Dynabook includes a 2 MP webcam equipped with a privacy shutter, as well as an 8 MP rear camera. The device is powered by a 53 Wh battery that supports charging via USB-C at speeds up to 65 watts. In terms of connectivity, the notebook offers two Thunderbolt 4 ports (USB-C), two USB-A ports, and an HDMI port. While Dynabook has not fully embraced AI marketing, the dual microphones are designed to use AI for reducing background noise. The magnesium casing meets MIL-STD-810H standards, making it particularly durable.
