Decathlon has introduced another electric bicycle to enhance its range of adaptable models. The Decathlon BTWIN E-Fold 900 is a folding electric bike that can be collapsed and unfolded in just one second. This compact bike is equipped with a brushless rear hub motor and offers an assistance range of up to 55 km. It is a 7-speed e-bike featuring a Shimano Tourney drivetrain and Teckrro T275 hydraulic disc brakes.

Features

The Decathlon BTWIN E-Fold comes with a brushless 250W motor positioned at the rear wheel. It delivers a maximum torque of 35Nm and can reach a top speed of 25km/h. The bike offers three-speed modes and a walking mode, which allows it to travel at 4km/h. It is powered by a 252Wh battery that provides the stated assistance range of 55km and retains its full capacity for up to 500 cycles.

Announced last month, the Decathlon BTWIN E-Fold 900 has now arrived in the EU and UK. One standout feature is its quick folding mechanism, allowing it to fold in just a second, which simplifies transportation and storage. The bike incorporates a patented hinge locking system for smooth folding. It features 20-inch wheels with Schwalbe Big Apple tires.

The Decathlon BTWIN E-Fold is available in a single size, suitable for riders between 4 ft 9 inches and 6 ft 5 inches. Weighing 19kg, it comes in an Abyss Grey color. The bike is listed in several countries including the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK. The starting price for the Decathlon BTWIN E-Fold is €1,699.
