In ‘Turbo’ mode, which ranges from 1,500 to 6,000 lumens depending on the selected light setting, the runtime is between 2 and 2.5 hours.

    Convenient Charging Features

    The charge level is shown by four small green LEDs located near the power switch. There is no rear switch because the flashlight connects via magnets. Users can charge the flashlight directly through USB-C, allowing the battery to stay inside the EX7. The flashlight measures 13 cm in length, has a relatively thick head with a diameter of 3.5 cm, and weighs 140 grams. It is designed to endure a drop from two meters and holds an IP68 rating. The EX7 can also be temporarily submerged in two meters of water, but it is not intended for diving.

    Nitecore’s EX7 is now on its way to retailers, but a pricing detail has yet to be revealed. This model marks the beginning of the EX series, which is part of the Explorer lineup. This series also includes the E4K, which operates with four cores.
