Bluetooth SIG certification obtained for OPPO Pad Neo, indicating imminent release

Oppo Pad Neo: A New Tablet on the Horizon

Oppo is gearing up to introduce a new tablet to the global market, known as the Oppo Pad Neo. This tablet has already received certification from NBTC, IMDA, SIRIM, and has now made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification site.

Bluetooth 5.2 Support Confirmed

The Bluetooth SIG listing not only confirms the model number of the Oppo Pad Neo (OPD2303), but also reveals that the tablet will come with Bluetooth 5.2 support.

A Rebranded Version?

Interestingly, the model number OPD2303 is the same as that of the OnePlus Pad Go. This suggests that the Oppo Pad Neo could potentially be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Pad Go, specifically designed for the global market.

Similar Specs to Expect

Given Oppo's history of rebranding OnePlus devices, it's safe to assume that the Oppo Pad Neo will share similar specifications with the OnePlus Pad Go. This includes an 11.35-inch 2.4K LCD display with a 7:5 aspect ratio. The tablet is likely to offer 8GB of RAM and storage options of either 128GB or 256GB. Powering the device could be the Helio G99 chipset, while a substantial 8,000mAh battery with USB-C charging (USB 2.0 standard) is also expected.

Camera, Audio, and Software Features

The Oppo Pad Neo is anticipated to feature an 8MP front camera and a rear camera for capturing photos and videos. To provide an immersive audio experience, the tablet might come equipped with four speakers that support Dolby Atmos. On the software front, the device is likely to run on ColorOS, based on Android 14. Additionally, users may have the option to expand the storage via a microSD card slot.

Upcoming Launch

While Oppo has not yet announced an official launch date for the Oppo Pad Neo in the global market, the tablet's appearance on various certifications indicates that its release could be imminent. There is even a possibility that it will be unveiled alongside the Oppo Reno 11 series, which made its debut in China in November.
