Earlier today, Xiaomi had a launch event in India for their new Redmi Note 14 series smartphones, the Redmi Buds 6, and the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor speaker. Along with these products, they also unveiled the Xiaomi Ultra Slim Power Bank in India, which is designed to offer portability and advanced charging capabilities.
Features of the Ultra Slim Power Bank
The Ultra Slim Power Bank comes with a 4900mAh battery capacity, it weighs only 93g and is 10mm thick (dimensions: 113 x 53 x 10 mm), making it easy to fit in pockets or backpacks. It delivers a maximum output of 20W and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The power bank has an 18W fast input for recharging, which helps keep downtime to a minimum. Its USB Type-C port allows for two-way charging, serving as both an input and output port, so users don’t need separate ports for charging the power bank and other devices. Additionally, it accommodates a variety of charging protocols like PD3.0, PPS, QC3.5, AFC, and FCP, which ensures it works with different devices.
Safety and Portability
Xiaomi has focused on safety with 12 built-in layers of protection to guard against overcharging, overheating, and short circuits. For extra convenience, the power bank comes with a handy carry pouch that makes it more portable and secure. It takes about 1 hour and 32 minutes to charge fully with a 33W charger and a bit longer with a 22.5W charger.
