The latter part of October 2024 promises to be a thrilling time for Xbox Game Pass members, with Wave 2 introducing several exciting blockbusters and beloved titles. Leading the pack is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, set to launch on Day One for both Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass users on October 25. In addition, Modern Warfare III and Warzone will also be part of the lineup, ready for play on the same day across cloud, console, and PC platforms.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole is making its debut on October 16. This RPG picks up the chaotic journey of Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny, continuing from South Park: The Stick of Truth. It will be available for Game Pass Ultimate, PC, and cloud, and mixes humor with superhero narratives for a unique twist.
Zombie Action Awaits
Dead Island 2, a well-loved zombie-slaying game boasting a 73 Metacritic score, will hit PC Game Pass Ultimate on October 31. Set in a reimagined Los Angeles, players will face off against waves of undead in a thrilling, open-world environment.
Tactical Mech Combat
On October 17, players can look forward to MechWarrior 5: Clans. This title will be a Day One addition to Game Pass, allowing gamers to command a group of Smoke Jaguar pilots through strategic, action-filled missions. It will be available on cloud, console, and PC.
