ViewSonic has released a new monitor internationally aimed at FPS gamers and those who enjoy fast-paced action: the XG2536. This 24-inch screen features a high refresh rate of 280Hz and a 1080p resolution, ensuring smooth visuals for competitive gaming. Although the exact release date is still unknown, the monitor is priced at US$290 (approximately RMB 2,104).
High-Performance Display
The XG2536 comes with a 1920 x 1080 resolution IPS panel and a 280Hz refresh rate, providing a tear-free and responsive gaming experience. It offers a brightness level of 300 nits, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, and a response time of 5ms. The monitor also supports good color reproduction with 8-bit color depth, covering 99% of the sRGB and 98% of the NTSC color gamuts.
Ergonomics and Connectivity
For ergonomics, the stand allows various adjustments, including tilt, rotation, horizontal and vertical movement, and pitch. The monitor also includes two 2W speakers for basic audio requirements and an ambient light on the back for added atmosphere. Connectivity options feature two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB-C 3.2 port with 65W Power Delivery for charging laptops, and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
