Popular action roguelike/bullet heaven title Vampire Survivors has revealed that it will be launching a DLC inspired by Castlevania, which brings a bunch of fresh content. This includes well-known characters, enemies, and music from the famous franchise.
New Features and Characters
The upcoming DLC will feature over 20 characters from Castlevania, along with new weaponry, an entirely new stage, and more than 30 remixed versions of popular tracks from the series.
Pricing and Availability
The developers at Poncle are calling this DLC "huge," and they have set the price at $3.99 (€3.99 or £2.99). It is set to hit platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation 4/5, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS on October 31st.
Patch and Future Updates
Along with the DLC, Poncle will also introduce Patch 1.12, which aims to enhance the Quality of Life (QOL) for players. Some of the exciting features include a new interface for music selection, the option to lock certain content packs during gameplay, and various optimizations for PC users.
While the DLC comes with a cost, Poncle has assured fans that more free content updates will arrive in the future, although at a more gradual pace. Unfortunately, there won’t be any achievements specific to platforms, but there are 103 in-game achievements available for those who love to complete everything.
