New Home Energy System Unveiled at Intersolar Europe
Sigenergy’s new SigenMate 2700 Ultra is a plug-and-play home energy storage system for small and medium-sized households. It’s being unveiled at Intersolar Europe 2026 in Munich. The announcement came during a media-exclusive event held at the company’s booth, where around 40 press representatives and content creators got hands-on time with the system ahead of its official market launch on July 14.
Technical Specifications and Power Handling
The SigenMate 2700 Ultra supports up to 4,000 W of PV input across four MPPTs. It can accommodate up to eight solar panels, and is compatible with all plug-and-play microinverters. On the output side, dual AC channels deliver up to 3,600 W on-grid — above what Sigenergy claims is the current industry average — while up to three units can be daisy-chained for parallel backup operation at the same ceiling. The system carries an IP66 rating and a six-layer safety architecture, which makes it solid for both indoor and outdoor installation.
AI-Powered Features and App Integration
AI features are central to the pitch. The mySigen App 4.0 introduces a 48-hour solar and consumption forecast engine, an AI assistant powered by something Sigenergy calls “SigenAgent,” and an AI Insight layer that explains automated energy decisions in plain language. There’s also an AI Strategy Personalization mode that lets users describe their energy goals in natural language and have the system configure itself accordingly. Offline operation is supported through a local connection mode.
Launch Date and Pricing Details
The SigenMate 2700 Ultra goes on sale July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM CEST, when full specifications, configurations, and pricing will be made available.
