Let’s begin with the River 3 Plus portable power station. This gadget features a 286 Wh LiFePO4 battery that incorporates X-stream fast charging technology. As per the brand’s claims, this tech allows the power station to charge from 0 to 100% in only 1 hour. The LiFePo4 (LFP) battery is designed for over 3000 cycles and can last more than a decade even with daily use.

The EcoFlow River 3 Plus has a maximum output of 600 W, with the ability to surge up to 1200 W safely. The company states that it’s capable of powering 90% of household items, such as refrigerators, small kettles, car vacuums, laptops, smartphones, drones, coffee makers, PCs, and car fridges. For charging, EcoFlow provides three options: using an AC adapter, a car outlet, or solar panels.

    Outlets and Features

This portable power station comes with a good variety of outlets, including three AC output ports (600 W) that have a certified UPS switchover time of less than 10 ms, two USB-A ports, one USB-C (100 W), and a car charging outlet. Additionally, the River 3 Plus can be expanded to a capacity of 858 Wh through its battery expansion system. In terms of size, it measures 9.2 x 9.1 x 5.8 inches (234 x 232 x 146 mm) and weighs around 10.4 lbs (4.7 kg).

Furthermore, EcoFlow provides a dedicated companion app for the River 3 Plus to adjust the power station’s settings and keep track of its performance. There’s also a small built-in LED screen that displays information like battery percentage and output power.
